 Greetings from COAST Foundation, Equity BD and Network members  .

 As a part of our regular advocacy, we are planning to organize
a press conference titled `` *International Conference on Financing for
Development (FFD4)** and Civil Society Perspective*'' at the *Economic
Reporters Forum (ERF) in Dhaka, 87 Purana Paltan Line, Paltan Tower, Dhaka,
23 June( Monday) 2025 from 11.00 am to 12.00 pm.*

 "Financing for Development" (FDD) is a UN-led process that aims to create
a comprehensive framework for mobilizing resources to support sustainable
development, especially the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development
Goals (SDGs). The 4th International Conference on FFD from 30 June to 3
July 2025 in Sevilla, Spain, will assess progress and identify gaps in
financing sustainable development since the Addis Ababa Action Agenda
(AAAA) in 2015. FFD4 seeks to reform global finance systems, including
domestic resource mobilization (DRM), debt policy, and climate finance—
areas critical to Bangladesh’s next phase of progress toward achieving the
SDGs. We will share our legitimate demand at the press conference to draw
global attention in favour of fair taxation, debt cancellation, and
laundered money back to Bangladesh.



We cordially invite you to assign one of your reporters, along with a
photojournalist, to cover the important issue for the sake of the people’s
interest in Bangladesh.
