[Media] Invitation to the Civil Society Protest Rally against WB-IMF debt for Bangladesh, tomorrow 19 Apr 2024 at National Press Club

Greetings from the Asian Peoples' Movement on Debt and Development (APMDD),
Bangladesh Krishok Federation, and COAST Foundation.

On the eve of the World Bank-IMF Spring Meeting, a protest rally will be
held in Dhaka demanding the cancellation of all foreign debts against
public interest tomorrow, Friday (19 April 2024), 10 AM in front of the
National Press Club, Dhaka.

We cordially invite you to assign one of your reporters and
photojournalists from your popular news media to cover the event and raise
our demand. For your information, the protest against the debt will be held
globally, both physically and over social media.
