I hope you are aware that the annual session of the World Bank and the
International Monetary Fund is currently underway in Marrakesh, Morocco,
from October 9th to 15th this month. On this occasion, a global campaign
focusing on climate change and debt cancellation in vulnerable countries,
in association with the Asia Pacific Movement on Debt and Development
(APMDD), has been organized. As part of our civil society's support for
this endeavor, we are planning to hold a human chain protest event to
demand the cancellation of climate-related debts for all nations, including
Bangladesh.


We're organizing a *human chain protest on October 12, 2023, from 11 am to
12 pm in front of the* *National Press Club. *


I kindly request your support in sending a correspondent and a photo
journalist to cover the human chain event at National Press Club (in front
of the National Press Club) on Thursday, October 12, 2023, from 11 am to 12
