Greetings from COAST Foundation, CPRD (Center for Participatory Research &
Development), CSRL and AOSED.



You are already informed that the 27th CoP (Conference of the Parties) on
climate change negotiation is going to be held in Sharm El-Sheikh [Egypt]
from 06th to 18th November 2022. The COP 27 are important to establish the
MVCs [Most Vulnerable Countries] agenda that could be a leverage for MVCs
to ensure climate justice through implementing the Paris Agreement.



In the above context, we have arranged the seminar to discuss the above
inferences and expect to draft our civil society opinion with few
recommendations for our government positioning in CoP-27 in favor of poor
and MVCs.



Mrs. Habibun Nahar MP [Honorable Deputy Minister- Ministry of Environment,
Forest and Climate Change] has agreed to participate. Apart MPs [Members of
the Parliament] from coastal areas also take part in the event.



However, we are pursuing your kind consideration and consent to make
available your time on the above date and obliged us thereby. We are also
requesting you cordially to send a photographer and news collector to
collect the news of the event on CoP 27.
